Fat Loss 4 Idiots doesn't work for everyone but it does work for a lot for people
I have been on the “fat loss 4 idiots” diet since mid January and have lost 35 pounds so far. I was desperate, my bloodpressure was going up and my doctor told me to loose weight. Every effort failed, but then I found this program. I lost 9 pounds in the first 11 days but gained 4 pounds back the first cheat days. I continued with the program and my weight keeps coming down slowly but steady. Some times I get stuck and loose very little, but it still works. I still have a long way to go but my doctor is happy with my now normal bloodpressure. My sister had joined this program shortly after I did and she too has lost over 30 pounds.
I am a vegetarian. Will this diet work for me?

I have been doing WL4I for 9days know and have lost about 6 pounds.
I am very optimistic though as a friend of mine has recently lost 70 pounds in 3mths on WL4I.
The only day that I was hungry was yesterday on the all veggie day so I grabbed a banana and that was enough.
One thing I am not to sure about is the walking because the PDF download states that you don't need to be walking until you are finished losing the amount of weight you desire. Which is good for me as I have been off work for almost 1 year due to a back injury and unable to walk a long distance. Any input on this area would be great.
